If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, sufficient notice is appreciated. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Safety and professional standards
Treatments are provided by a qualified practitioner and carried out in line with professional and ethical standards. Sterile, single-use needles are always used.
You are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns before or during treatment. If you experience unexpected symptoms following treatment, you should inform your practitioner and seek medical advice where appropriate.
7. Health and infection control
For the safety of all patients and the practitioner, you are asked to inform drp Acupuncture at least 48 hours in advanceif you are experiencing any illness or symptoms that may be contagious, including but not limited to colds, flu, COVID-19, or other infectious conditions.
In line with the drp Acupuncture cancellation policy, appointments may need to be rescheduled where appropriate to maintain a safe treatment environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
8. Limitation of liability
drp Acupuncture will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from treatment or use of this website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
